Madame Catherine Boulanger habite Hay River depuis 2004. Elle a été employée de l'Association franco-culturelle de Hay River de 2004 à 2011. Ensuite, elle a travaillé à l'école Boréale, dans la bibliothèque et comme adjointe, de 2011 à 2018. Depuis, elle fait de la suppléance à l'école quand elle est disponible. Ses trois filles, Chantay, Désirée et Kiera, ont toutes été finissantes de l'école Boréale. Madame Boulanger a été demanderesse dans la poursuite judiciaire de 2009, et pour son implication, s'est méritée le prix Jeanne-Dubé en 2008.
Madame Boulanger comble le troisième poste de commissaire de la région de Hay River. Le conseil des commissaires est maintenant complet. Les prochaines élections auront lieu en novembre 2021.

Ms. Catherine Boulanger has lived in Hay River since 2004. She was an employee of the Association franco-culturelle de Hay River from 2004 to 2011. Then, she worked at École Boréale, in the library and as an assistant, from 2011 to 2018. Since then, she has been working in substitute teaching at school when available. Her three daughters, Chantay, Désirée and Kiera, all graduated from École Boréale. Ms. Boulanger was a plaintiff in the 2009 lawsuit, and for her involvement, won the Jeanne-Dubé Prize in 2008.
Ms. Boulanger fills the third trustee position for the Hay River region. Our school board is now complete. The next elections will take place in November 2021.
